Key Qualifications:

  • Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

  • Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to individual student needs
  • High level of organization and documentation proficiency

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students, focusing on developing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
  • Complete evaluations and create individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
  • Work closely with educators to ensure therapy strategies integrate seamlessly into classroom activities
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and comply with all regulatory requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student-centered care plans
  • Offer support and guidance to families on home-based strategies to reinforce therapy
