Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active OT state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • Prior experience in early childhood, pre-K, or elementary school settings strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to supporting students’ functional independence for academic success
  • Ability to develop IEP-driven intervention plans and document progress

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, primarily in early childhood and pre-K populations, in accordance with individual IEPs
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, other school staff, and families to implement interventions that promote students’ participation and independence
  • Assess students’ fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation skills to inform therapy goals and strategies
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services, goals, and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development as required
  • Offer recommendations for classroom adaptations and home strategies to maximize student outcomes

Enjoy the stability of a full-time schedule at 37.5 hours per week, with an assignment running ASAP through July 30, 2027 (with likely opportunities for extended school year support each July).
