Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L) valid in Ohio
- Experience in school settings, home health, and healthcare environments preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP process and school-based OT practice
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and documentation abilities
- Comfortable with both virtual and in-person supervisory roles
- Experience conducting standardized assessments and writing reports
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform OT assessments and standardized evaluations for students as required
- Provide supervision and mentorship to COTAs and other therapy staff, both virtually and onsite
- Collaborate with IEP teams to develop appropriate goals and recommendations
- Participate in meetings, contribute expertise to student planning
- Ensure thorough documentation and timely completion of all paperwork
- Adapt to evolving caseload needs and varied schedule, based on testing demands throughout the school year
