Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Active Occupational Therapist license in Tennessee (or ability to obtain before starting)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred, though strong new graduates will be considered
• Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
• Passion for supporting students of varying abilities and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy screenings, evaluations, and assessments
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document services and student progress according to school district guidelines
• Provide consultation, training, and support for school staff and parents
