Make a meaningful impact in the lives of K-12 students as a part-time Occupational Therapist for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This contract opportunity starts August 6, 2026 and runs through May 27, 2027. You’ll work with a supportive educational team to help students reach their full academic and functional potential.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Occupational Therapist license (California)
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and relevant documentation
- Comfortable working with K-12th grade students with diverse abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students according to their IEPs
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and recommend appropriate interventions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on occupational therapy interventions
