What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in California
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner with educators, families, and support staff
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Exceptional organizational skills and flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to students from diverse backgrounds
• Assess students' functional abilities, develop treatment goals, and document progress in alignment with educational standards
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to facilitate carryover of therapy into the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Provide input for adaptive equipment and environmental modifications as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely reports and student records in compliance with school guidelines
