Key Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Current, active Occupational Therapist licensure in California
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families
• Capable of managing a varied caseload efficiently
• Skilled at conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and documenting progress
• Adaptable and committed to fostering an inclusive educational environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services and consultative support in classrooms
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations
• Educate school personnel and families on strategies to promote student success
