Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active, valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings is preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate students to identify occupational needs and barriers impacting academic performance
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans within the school environment
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support each student’s IEP goals
• Document progress and maintain organized, timely records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
• Provide training or guidance to school staff regarding classroom adaptations and student needs
