Occupational Therapist School Setting - Meridian, ID

Key qualifications and desired experience:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure in Idaho (or eligible for licensure)
• Successful experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
• Strong ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptable, creative, and energetic approach to supporting student success

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct therapy individually or in groups to enhance fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
• Document student progress and adjust strategies to ensure ongoing growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student accommodations
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
