Key Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in New Hampshire
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is strongly preferred
- Comfort working with a diverse student population (K-12)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines
- Assess, plan, and implement therapy sessions focused on sensory processing, fine/gross motor skills, self-care, and classroom participation
- Consult and collaborate with school teams, families, and other professionals
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, goal setting, and staff training
- Provide strategies and resources to help students access their curriculum
This assignment runs from early September through mid-June, aligning with the academic calendar. Work approximately 30 hours per week, across four weekdays with hours from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
