School Occupational Therapist | Merrimack, New Hampshire

The assignment runs from September 1st through June 15th, with a consistent schedule of 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Your work will involve collaborating with students, teachers, and families to address the diverse needs of a K-12 caseload. Whether facilitating fine motor development, supporting adaptive skills, or promoting sensory regulation, your expertise will empower students to thrive in their educational environment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire
• Relevant experience in a school-based or pediatric occupational therapy setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized therapy plans for students with varying needs
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services within the school setting
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Maintain compliance with IDEA, IEPs, and relevant state and federal regulations
