School Occupational Therapist | Merrimack, New Hampshire

Key Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid Occupational Therapy license in New Hampshire
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is strongly preferred
• Comfort working with a diverse student population (K-12)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines
• Assess, plan, and implement therapy sessions focused on sensory processing, fine/gross motor skills, self-care, and classroom participation
• Consult and collaborate with school teams, families, and other professionals
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, goal setting, and staff training
• Provide strategies and resources to help students access their curriculum

This assignment runs from early September through mid-June, aligning with the academic calendar. Work approximately 30 hours per week, across four weekdays with hours from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
