Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in Arizona or eligibility for licensure
• Prior experience in school-based OT—IEPs, assessments, and progress reporting
• Background in healthcare, teletherapy, and home health settings highly desirable
• Familiarity with adaptive and assistive technology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when collaborating with educators, families, and other care providers
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to individualize therapy plans
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload within a contract framework

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services, both in-person and via teletherapy when needed
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and track student progress in compliance with educational standards
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to maximize student outcomes
• Design, implement, and document individualized interventions for students with a variety of abilities and needs
• Support students in developing skills for academic performance, daily living, and social participation
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
