Make a meaningful difference this summer by providing specialized occupational therapy support to students in a vibrant educational setting. Work onsite with diverse student populations, including PreK children with social-emotional and behavioral needs, as well as those with elementary and high school Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). This contract opportunity allows you to contribute your expertise while engaging in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current and active Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts (MA OT)
  • Previous experience supporting students in school-based settings, particularly with social-emotional, behavioral, and ASD challenges
  • Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and adapting strategies for various student needs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care in an onsite educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on occupational therapy services to PreK–high school students
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other professionals to support holistic student development
  • Document progress, maintain accurate therapy records, and participate in team meetings as required
  • Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment, sensory tools, and classroom modifications as needed during the summer program
