Qualifications:

• Valid and active Occupational Therapist (OT) license for Massachusetts
• Prior experience in pediatric, school-based, or behavioral OT roles (preferred)
• Able to manage a caseload that includes PreK social-emotional needs, behavioral interventions, Elementary ASD, and High School ASD students
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Must be available for onsite assignments (M-Th, 8:30am-2:30pm, 22 hours/week) within the specified dates

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop tailored intervention strategies to help students with daily living skills, regulation, and classroom participation
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students with diverse behavioral and social-emotional profiles
• Maintain thorough documentation, complete progress reports, and participate in team meetings as required
