Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school and/or home health settings
• Strong understanding of pediatric and educational therapy models
• Ability to thrive independently without COTA support and deliver VOCO-free services
• Clear communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Eligible for or currently licensed to practice in Wisconsin

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to students from late August through early November
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective plans
• Document, track, and review progress according to school guidelines
• Support students in achieving IEP and developmental goals
• Provide expert guidance on adaptive strategies for classroom and daily living success
