Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school and/or home health settings
- Strong understanding of pediatric and educational therapy models
- Ability to thrive independently without COTA support and deliver VOCO-free services
- Clear communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Eligible for or currently licensed to practice in Wisconsin
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions to students from late August through early November
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective plans
- Document, track, and review progress according to school guidelines
- Support students in achieving IEP and developmental goals
- Provide expert guidance on adaptive strategies for classroom and daily living success
