Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of OH
- Proven experience delivering OT services in schools, home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies to both in-person and virtual environments
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy sessions in-person and/or remotely, depending on students’ needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Monitor and document outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve student goals
