School Occupational Therapist | Middletown, Ohio

Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ growth as an Occupational Therapist on a full-time contract assignment. This rewarding opportunity serves elementary and middle school students for a leave coverage, lasting from ASAP through the end of November. This role involves working alongside a collaborative educational team to foster students’ independence, participation, and academic access.

What you bring:

• Current Occupational Therapy license in Ohio
• ODE certification required
• Experience supporting school-aged children
• Strong communication skills to connect effectively with students, families, and educators
• A commitment to helping students achieve their fullest potential

What you’ll do:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and consultative services for a diverse elementary and middle school caseload
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with school staff
• Support students’ access to curriculum and school activities by fostering fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Offer training and resources to teachers and families as needed
