Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience working in schools or with young children is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of IEP process and preschool developmental milestones
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services to preschool students
• Assess, develop, and implement therapy goals in collaboration with the education team
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and parent consultations
• Use evidence-based practices and assessments to guide interventions
• Help create and maintain a supportive, inclusive environment for all learners
• Consult with educators and caregivers to foster students’ participation and independence in daily school activities
