Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) preferred; highly skilled COTAs will be considered
- Active or pending Delaware OT license required
- Experience in school-based settings, particularly with K-6th population, is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to engage with students, staff, and families
- Flexible and comfortable providing both direct services and participating in IEP meetings/testing
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based OT interventions for students in-person (with possibility for virtual by August)
- Assess, document, and report student progress consistent with school requirements
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
- Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress reviews
- Adapt therapy strategies for diverse learning and developmental needs
