This role is thoughtfully structured: you’ll work two full days providing direct services to students, with an additional half day reserved for collaborative meetings and essential student testing. Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license issued in Delaware
  • Prior experience working with K-6th grade students in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services tailored to student IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for referred students

  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and consultation with teams during the dedicated half day
  • Provide resources, strategies, and interventions that enhance student participation and engagement in daily activities
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support student success
