Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license issued in Delaware
- Prior experience working with K-6th grade students in school-based settings preferred

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services tailored to student IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for referred students
- Document services, progress notes, and maintain accurate records
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and consultation with teams during the dedicated half day
- Provide resources, strategies, and interventions that enhance student participation and engagement in daily activities
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support student success
