School Occupational Therapist - Milton, Wisconsin

This contract opportunity offers both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (0.5 FTE or more) options, making it perfect for professionals seeking flexibility. You’ll deliver direct care and support for students in early childhood through 5th grade, playing a key role in their development and educational journey.

Your working hours will typically be from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, with some weeks requiring participation in after-hours meetings. The assignment is in-person only, allowing you to foster hands-on connections with students and collaborate closely with school teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current state licensure and credentials to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience in school-based OT settings or working with children in educational environments
• Strong clinical background in OT, with exposure to home health and healthcare settings a plus
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans for EC-5th grade students
• Collaborative spirit—ready to work closely with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Flexibility to attend after-school meetings as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ occupational therapy needs and create tailored intervention plans
• Provide direct therapy services in classrooms and individual settings
