Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current OT licensure in the state of Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience providing Occupational Therapy services in school settings preferred
- Strong skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other therapists
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver individualized and group Occupational Therapy services to students ranging from early childhood through secondary school levels
- Develop and implement specially designed interventions based on students’ IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support each student’s academic and functional performance
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and team consultations
- Provide training and guidance to school staff to facilitate carryover of therapy strategies
