Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure in the state of Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience providing Occupational Therapy services in school settings preferred
• Strong skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other therapists
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver individualized and group Occupational Therapy services to students ranging from early childhood through secondary school levels
• Develop and implement specially designed interventions based on students’ IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support each student’s academic and functional performance
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and team consultations
• Provide training and guidance to school staff to facilitate carryover of therapy strategies
