Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license for the state of Minnesota
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

• Comprehensive understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and progress tracking
• Ability to design and implement interventions that support students’ academic and functional goals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify individual strengths and needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
• Develop and deliver evidence-based interventions, clearly documenting student progress in accordance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including teachers, speech and language pathologists, and counselors—to create holistic support strategies
• Engage with parents and guardians to share insights, educate about therapy approaches, and encourage participation in student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to the development of goals, accommodations, and transition plans as needed
• Support students in developing increased independence, self-regulation, and classroom engagement
