Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Active and valid Minnesota Occupational Therapy licensure
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred
  • Availability for an on-site role from August 17, 2026, to May 28, 2027 (hard no to virtual/remote work)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in pre-school year meetings with fellow OTs to help distribute and define caseloads, primarily focused on elementary students
  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services and support to assigned students
  • Document student progress and work with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans as needed
