Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting (elementary age group preferred)
- Solid understanding of the needs and challenges faced by elementary students
- Strong ability to collaborate with fellow therapists, teachers, and support staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to elementary students individually and in groups
- Assess, develop, and implement targeted treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Support interventions that promote fine motor, sensory integration, and daily living skills essential for academic success
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and school teams to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in line with district and regulatory requirements
