Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in Indiana (OTR/L)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy is highly valued
- Comfortable working with both elementary and secondary-aged students
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans

- Availability for a full-time contract schedule onsite
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary and secondary school students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to develop tailored interventions
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and measure progress
- Maintain detailed documentation for all services provided, in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support each student’s educational goals
- Offer strategies and training for classroom staff and families related to fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive techniques
