Take your career on an exciting journey as a contract Occupational Therapist supporting K-12 students for the 2026-2027 school year! This rewarding role offers a full-time schedule working with a diverse student caseload in a collaborative and dynamic educational environment.

From September 8, 2026 to June 17, 2027, you’ll use your expertise to help students develop valuable life skills, increase independence, and reach academic success. You’ll enjoy the chance to make a lasting difference each day—while benefiting from a competitive hourly pay between $50 and $60, along with comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in Oregon
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a K-12 school setting
  • Knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and data collection
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, families, and students
  • Familiarity with a range of OT techniques and adaptive strategies for the school environment
  • Ability to adapt services to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy assessments, direct therapy, and consultations for students in the K-12 population
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in accordance with student needs and school guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers to ensure student success
  • Maintain required documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support students’ progress in functional, academic, and social-emotional skills
