Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure in Oregon
• Previous school-based pediatric or K-12 caseload experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to assess diverse needs and develop effective intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans to support students’ academic and developmental progress
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with other educators, families, and related service providers to ensure holistic student support
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility and goal-setting discussions
