Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current OT licensure in Oregon
- Previous school-based pediatric or K-12 caseload experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to assess diverse needs and develop effective intervention plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans to support students’ academic and developmental progress
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with other educators, families, and related service providers to ensure holistic student support
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility and goal-setting discussions
