Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license and certification
- Experience delivering OT services in school, teletherapy, and/or home health settings
- Demonstrated ability to assess students and tailor individualized treatment plans
- Proficiency with documentation and ongoing progress monitoring for pediatric populations
- Strong communication skills for family and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Ability to adapt treatment modalities across various settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and design effective therapy plans
- Deliver occupational therapy services individually and in group settings, both onsite and through teletherapy platforms
- Support students in developing critical life skills for success in school and daily activities
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other healthcare professionals to enhance student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and healthcare standards
- Adapt interventions for virtual or home-based contexts when necessary, ensuring continuity of care
