Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license and certification
• Experience delivering OT services in school, teletherapy, and/or home health settings
• Demonstrated ability to assess students and tailor individualized treatment plans
• Proficiency with documentation and ongoing progress monitoring for pediatric populations
• Strong communication skills for family and multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Ability to adapt treatment modalities across various settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and design effective therapy plans
• Deliver occupational therapy services individually and in group settings, both onsite and through teletherapy platforms
• Support students in developing critical life skills for success in school and daily activities
• Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other healthcare professionals to enhance student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and healthcare standards
• Adapt interventions for virtual or home-based contexts when necessary, ensuring continuity of care
