Occupational Therapist School Setting in Montague, CA

Exciting opportunity available for a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapy professional eager to make a meaningful difference in the educational setting. This full-time contract opening offers a rewarding experience working with students for the 2026-2027 academic year. Begin in August 2026 and support students' growth and development through June 2027.

Bring your expertise as an OT to a collaborative school team and help enhance students’ participation, independence, and success across various school environments.

Qualifications:

• Active Certified California Occupational Therapist (CCA OT) license required
• Experience supporting children or adolescents in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
• Creative, solution-focused approach to problem-solving

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans to address motor, sensory, and functional needs
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers to promote student success
• Document sessions, progress, and outcomes accurately and in compliance with school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and training as a valued team member
• Provide insight and support for classroom modifications and accommodations
