Working onsite, you’ll serve a diverse caseload, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to foster student independence and success.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Active Occupational Therapist license in California
  • School-based OT experience is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and best practices in a K-12 setting
  • Ability to adapt interventions for diverse learning needs and age groups
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
  • Proven organizational and time management skills to manage a full-time caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy to students with developmental, physical, or emotional challenges
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators, families, and other specialists
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support student goals and accommodations
  • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Educate staff and families on OT strategies and tools to support classroom participation and daily living skills
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices
