Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active OT licensure in California (or eligibility for CA licensure)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds are welcome
  • Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy and educational collaboration
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, flexible, and ready to adapt interventions based on individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ functional and developmental needs within the school environment
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with IEP teams
  • Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress toward established goals
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student participation in academic and daily activities
  • Model therapeutic activities for staff and family education
  • Maintain thorough records and adhere to established timelines and documentation standards
