Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, goal setting, and data collection
• Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Adaptability and initiative in fostering inclusive educational experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and strengths
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services onsite
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programs to support educational participation
• Contribute to IEP meetings and documentation as required
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and legal standards
