Soliant is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join a supportive school district for the full 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers a manageable caseload of approximately 40 K–12 students, allowing you to provide high-quality, individualized services while collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active state Occupational Therapist License (or ability to obtain)
- NBCOT certification
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to K–12 students
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Compensation for this position ranges from $43.86 to $63.86. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
