Caseload: School-Aged Students

Pay: Pay starts at $68/hour (Negotiable based on years of experience)

Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in Monterey, California, to hire a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for the upcoming school year. If you're passionate about helping students develop the functional, motor, and sensory processing skills they need to succeed in the classroom and everyday activities, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to assess students' fine motor, sensory processing, and functional performance needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals.

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to support student participation in the school environment.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

• Participate in IEP meetings and recommend appropriate accommodations and interventions.

• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service records.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.

• Active California Occupational Therapist license.

• California Department of Education credentials or other required school-based qualifications, as applicable to the position.

• School-based occupational therapy experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
