Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license required
- Experience in school-based OT services
- Ability to conduct evaluations, develop intervention plans, and implement strategies for students with diverse needs
- Demonstrated flexibility and strong communication skills
- Motivated to work in travel therapy and adapt to new educational environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored occupational therapy services to students across different grade levels
- Assess students' needs, develop individualized education plans, and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support students' functional and academic growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to help shape student goals and accommodations
- Advocate for students’ needs and help foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment
