Qualifications and Required Experience:

  • Active Colorado licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • ASHA certification (CCC required)
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting, including work with COTAs and integrated IEP development
  • Proficiency in both direct and teletherapy service delivery
  • Strengths in fine and gross motor intervention
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine student needs
  • Design and implement individualized intervention plans for fine and gross motor skill development
  • Deliver innovative occupational therapy services, both in-person and through teletherapy platforms
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and team members
  • Contribute to IEP meetings, documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Supervise and provide guidance to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as required
