About the Position

Academy District 20 is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Monument, Colorado, for the 2026–2027 school year.

This full-time position serves students in kindergarten through 12th grade.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to K–12 students.
• Assess students' fine motor, gross motor, and functional needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Participate in IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist license.
• School-based OT experience preferred.
• Experience working with K–12 students.
• Knowledge of fine motor and gross motor development.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
