Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure
• Experience in school-based OT services, with a solid understanding of IEP processes
• Previous work in healthcare, home health, or pediatric therapy is highly desirable
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and school teams
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to a variety of student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs/504 plans
• Develop treatment goals and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate therapy into daily school routines
• Contribute to evaluations, re-evaluations, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide support and education to staff on OT best practices within the school setting
