Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in school-based OT or a related pediatric setting preferred
• Comfortable conducting therapy in both traditional school and home health environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with educational staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students across multiple grade levels, addressing fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skill development
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Maintain accurate progress monitoring, documentation, and reporting in accordance with district and regulatory requirements
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support students in academic and daily life activities
• Adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each student in both school and, when needed, home settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for student goals and progress
