Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience as an OT in a K-12 or pediatric setting preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families
• Proficient with assessment tools and documentation
• Flexible and adaptable to meet diverse student needs across grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students across K-12 grades
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate OT goals within school programs
• Provide direct therapy services to help students improve daily living, social, and academic skills
• Support staff and families with training and resources related to occupational therapy approaches
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student success throughout the school year
