  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with staff, students, and families
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, accessible learning environments

Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to determine occupational therapy needs and develop individualized plans
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress toward goals
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Document interventions, outcomes, and communications in accordance with school district requirements
  • Support classroom adaptations and modifications to encourage student participation
  • Serve as a resource for teachers and families regarding strategies for student success
