What you’ll bring:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, including the development and implementation of IEPs
• Strong ability to assess, plan, and provide interventions tailored to students with varying needs
• Excellent communication skills for working with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Dedication to supporting student achievement, independence, and engagement within the school environment
• Ability to manage a varied caseload while maintaining organized records and timely documentation

Primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations and ongoing assessments to identify students’ occupational therapy needs
• Developing and delivering individualized therapy sessions for students, both individually and in groups
• Participating actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams, sharing your insights and recommendations
• Training staff and providing resources to help implement strategies in the classroom
• Tracking student progress and adjusting interventions as needed to achieve positive outcomes
