Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in California, or eligibility to obtain
• Demonstrated experience in school-based settings and comfort working with children and adolescents

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt and travel between multiple sites within the designated region

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students across schools in the Riverside area
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement intervention strategies in accordance with student IEPs
• Engage with teachers and staff to align OT support with students’ academic and functional goals
• Maintain detailed records and participate in IEP meetings, sharing progress and recommendations as necessary
