What We're Looking For:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active, valid OT license in the state of California
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to help students access their learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ functional abilities and educational goals
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with both school and legal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing student progress evaluations
