What We're Looking For:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active, valid OT license in the state of California
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to help students access their learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ functional abilities and educational goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with both school and legal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing student progress evaluations
