What you’ll bring:

  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active OT license in California
  • Previous experience in school settings or pediatric populations is preferred
  • Ability to design and implement effective therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs
  • Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Collaborative mindset to work alongside other educators and specialists

Your day-to-day role:

  • Evaluate, develop, and deliver individualized therapy services to students
  • Conduct assessments to establish appropriate recommendations and goals
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and legal standards
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Educate teachers and families about strategies to support students’ success in and beyond the classroom
