Desired Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in California
- Experience working in K-12 school settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP process and ability to write effective goals

- Flexibility to adapt strategies based on individual student needs
- Reliable organization, documentation, and time management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluations for students across all grade levels

- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to ensure a coordinated approach to student care
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing clinical expertise and recommendations
- Document progress, maintain clear records, and adjust plans as needed
