Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active OT licensure in California
  • Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to implement and adapt interventions based on IEP goals
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
  • Solid organizational skills and flexibility to support students across varied school settings

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and direct therapy to students in accordance with their IEP goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including teachers, special education staff, and families—to develop and monitor student progress
  • Support student access, engagement, and participation in classroom activities
  • Document services and student progress in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
  • Provide training and consultation to school staff and caregivers as needed

This position provides the stability of a 40-hour workweek, and you will receive competitive compensation in the range of $55 to $65 per hour, rewarding your expertise and dedication.
