Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid California licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience delivering occupational therapy services to children, preferably in school or pediatric settings
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Program (IEP) development, implementation, and documentation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary teams
• Organizational abilities to manage services across multiple campuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
• Assess students’ needs and develop targeted intervention plans to promote participation and functional skills in the classroom and beyond
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and district policies
• Engage with teachers, therapists, support staff, and families to create collaborative support plans for each student
• Contribute to IEP meetings, updates, and eligibility assessments as a valued team member
