Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong evaluation, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, administrators, and parents
• Commitment to supporting students' educational and developmental goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ functional needs within the school environment
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each student
• Deliver direct therapy services to support fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive skills
• Document progress and communicate updates effectively with team members and families
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
• Provide resources and training for educational staff regarding OT strategies and supports
