Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT licensure in California
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students needing occupational therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy to students individually or in groups, using evidence-based techniques
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding students’ progress and accommodations
• Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes and progress toward IEP goals
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and legal guidelines
