What You’ll Bring:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in California
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and goal development
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to work across K-12 grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ needs using recognized assessment tools
  • Develop and implement customized therapy interventions aligned with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents for coordinated student care
  • Document progress clearly and maintain up-to-date records
  • Offer guidance and resources to school staff for classroom strategies and modifications
  • Support students in building independence and participation in school environments
