What You’ll Bring:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in California
- Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and goal development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to work across K-12 grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ needs using recognized assessment tools
- Develop and implement customized therapy interventions aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents for coordinated student care
- Document progress clearly and maintain up-to-date records
- Offer guidance and resources to school staff for classroom strategies and modifications
- Support students in building independence and participation in school environments
