As an in-person OT, you’ll create individualized strategies and collaborate with dedicated educators, making meaningful contributions every day.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license
  • Experience or confidence working within school-based settings
  • Ability to provide services to students in 2nd, 3rd, 4th grade, Kindergarten, and High School
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable to both full-time and part-time hours, as well as potential hybrid schedules
  • Solid documentation and organizational abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate closely with staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive OT services to students, supporting their functional participation in the academic environment
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate OT strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Effectively support a diverse caseload spanning several grade levels
