Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- Experience or confidence working within school-based settings
- Ability to provide services to students in 2nd, 3rd, 4th grade, Kindergarten, and High School
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable to both full-time and part-time hours, as well as potential hybrid schedules
- Solid documentation and organizational abilities
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate closely with staff and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT services to students, supporting their functional participation in the academic environment
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate OT strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Effectively support a diverse caseload spanning several grade levels
