You'll work closely with a caseload of 13-14 students, providing essential occupational therapy services. Additionally, you will take on a leadership role by supervising a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), lending your guidance and experience to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license
  • Success working in school-based settings
  • Experience supervising or mentoring a COTA is preferred
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt services to a variety of ages and abilities, from PreK to high school seniors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and documentation for a caseload of 13-14 students
  • Supervise and provide leadership for a COTA
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement effective student plans
  • Monitor progress and adjust therapy goals to maximize student success
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
