This unique, part-time opportunity is ideal for those seeking a balanced schedule, with 7 hours per week (one day per week) dedicated to hands-on evaluation and therapy within a supportive school community.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of sensory integration, fine/gross motor skills, and individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Ability to work effectively with students, educators, and family members
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to identify students’ strengths and areas of need
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ progress
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation of services
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
