Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license (or eligibility) for the state
- Prior experience providing OT services in school settings is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation

- Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student needs and classroom environments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, addressing fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills
- Document progress and participate in multidisciplinary IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers and parents to support student success in the classroom
- Provide training and resources to staff to facilitate carry-over of interventions
- Maintain compliance with school policies and state/federal special education regulations
