Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
  • Prior experience in a school environment or with pediatric caseloads preferred
  • Familiarity with K-12 populations, adapting support to diverse developmental needs
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to create customized intervention plans and work well within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement evidence-based interventions
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation in line with district and legal requirements
  • Support students in overcoming barriers to academic participation and daily school activities
  • Attend and actively contribute to IEP meetings, sharing insights and progress updates
